CDS’ customer service is excellent. Our CDS exhibitor services account manager, has been instrumental in training our team on how to use the XPress Connect app. She is extremely responsive and it is a joy working with her. When we first used this system in 2014, she helped us become experts. We held a webinar with 50 of our people from around the world while she demonstrated the tools and features of the app. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her help and support.
We have continued to use this app for most shows in which we participate and want to make this app our primary lead generator.
