X•Press eVite allows attendees and exhibitors to send customized emails to contacts who may be interested in your show. Personal invitations have a high conversion rate that can be tracked with the click of a button in the X•Press reporting administration area.
Membership Data Integration and Special Registration
Associations can give their members VIP treatment by integrating data from their membership system [this is a link to Membership Integration in Mkt Solutions] directly with the XPress Registration database. Prefilled forms, special registration offers and membership renewals are achieved through this data integration.
Update, Upgrade and the Resource Center
The X•Press Resource Center is the central access point for all Convention Data Services’ browser-based attendee tools. The Resource Center portal allows attendees to login and maintain their contact information in X•Press Update, monitor their badge mailing status, purchase additional sessions in X•Press Upgrade, print a receipt and review important show information.
