Value Added Registration Features
X•Press Registration includes a number of value-added features that enhance the show experience and keep registrants involved. Features like invite-a-colleague allow registrants to increase your attendance by inviting qualified prospects to the event. Other features allow registrants to maintain their personal information, manage their time onsite and purchase additional event offerings.
Our registration pages have been optimized for mobile tablets. Attendees can use their tablets to register or can be registered onsite by staff armed with tablets for a quick, line-free registration experience.
X•Press eVite allows attendees and exhibitors to send customized emails to contacts who may be interested in your show. Personal invitations have a high conversion rate that can be tracked with the click of a button in the X•Press reporting administration area.
Membership Data Integration and Special Registration
Associations can give their members VIP treatment by integrating data from their membership system [this is a link to Membership Integration in Mkt Solutions] directly with the XPress Registration database. Prefilled forms, special registration offers and membership renewals are achieved through this data integration.
Update, Upgrade and the Resource Center
The X•Press Resource Center is the central access point for all Convention Data Services’ browser-based attendee tools. The Resource Center portal allows attendees to login and maintain their contact information in X•Press Update, monitor their badge mailing status, purchase additional sessions in X•Press Upgrade, print a receipt and review important show information.
Mobile Registration Resource Center
We’ve taken our popular X•Press Resource Center and created a web-enabled mobile version for attendees on the go. The Mobile Resource Center gives attendees the ability to modify their contact information, email confirmations, view an eBadge—an electronic X•Press Check-in barcode, link to mobile housing sites, and invite colleagues using the CDS invitation program or using social networking sites.
