For over two decades, Convention Data Services has been setting the industry standard for registration. In addition to traditional methods of mail, fax and data imports, Convention Data Services has constructed the most sophisticated and flexible registration system available. The system handles registration for attendees, groups, exhibitors, media and speakers with the additional feature of foreign language support.

At the center of the system is a scalable and powerful database that can accommodate any registration situation. Forms can be customized with page content based on the registrant type or choices selected during the registration process. Registrants are given all of the courtesies of a full-featured system including real-time confirmations, single session multi-person registration and an extranet to maintain their personal information at any time.

While our technology is the best available, our people are the real power behind implementing successful solutions. In addition to our IS and IT departments who support the systems and software, your event team works closely with you to design and deliver exactly the right registration package.

Security and Stability

Convention Data Services’ systems and security set the industry standard. We achieve 24/7 stability and performance from our co-location facility which includes redundant hardware and network setups, daily off-site backups, backup power systems and 24 hour technical support. While onsite, the entire registration process runs on a primary and backup server in a local area network. Registrations can continue to take place without having to be onsite at the event.

Convention Data Services also strives for the highest level of security for your event data. Our web sites are reviewed and certified by HackerSafe and all transactions are protected by a Verisign SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Convention Data Services is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant and is SSAE 16 (Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements ) certified.
