Associate Integration Specialist
Responsible for implementing recurring batch and real-time integrations for event registration systems. Examples include integrations with event housing (hotel reservation) systems, social media tools, and membership management systems such as iMIS and Personify.
Associate Quality Assurance Analyst
The Associate QA Analyst position is a junior-level entry position into the QA department. This position is designed for an individual who has no prior experience in QA, but demonstrates the aptitude and ability to train into a QA Analyst position.
Contact Center Representative
Responsible for answering incoming event related telephone calls, emails and CHATS for the Contact Center. Input data accurately into the computer by using department standards and show specifics. Although not necessary Fluent Spanish speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsible for loading client provided data and creating custom client reporting. Serves as the secondary technical contact and works in conjunction with the Web Developers and QAs to ensure that all database-related tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Event Program Manager
The Program Manager position oversees the event services group consisting of registration project managers and coordinators.
CDS is looking for an energetic Graphic Designer to bring communication alive. This position will work with other members of the marketing department to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept.
The Network Administrator plays a key role in maintaining a complex, hybrid network and computing infrastructure including both virtual machines, physical servers, and mobile devices.
Onsite Event Services Manager
Serves as the project lead and key client contact for all onsite services. Coordinate pre-show documentation and logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis. Manage the CDS onsite registration and lead retrieval team for the event.
Product Support Specialist
Provides responsive quality customer service and support to both internal and external customers in the area of corporate software and services including but not limited to web applications, desktop applications and mobile apps.
Assist Production Manager and Production Coordinator with day-to-day department duties. Assist with daily production activities including actual mailings, pre-preparation for events, and assisting the Coordinator with specific assignments and quality control.
The Registration Manager works with clients to identify and document business requirements for registration websites. Function as primary contact and resource for client-related product features, enhancements and new development issues. Manage small to large projects and software implementations in a client-facing role. Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule. Develop and maintain those schedules to effectively allocate resources.
The Information Services Web Developer serves as the primary technical point of contact for all client events they are assigned.
In addition to completing a major portion of the technical tasks for the event, the Web Developer serves as the technical team leader and assists in the priority management of technology.
