The Account Executive (AE) is the sales contact and relationship manager between CDS and clients. Achieves account revenue and profitability objectives through client retention and new business. Ensures successful delivery of contracted services. Maintain industry knowledge and awareness.
Associate Integration Specialist
Responsible for implementing recurring batch and real-time integrations for event registration systems. Examples include integrations with event housing (hotel reservation) systems, social media tools, and membership management systems such as iMIS and Personify.
Contact Center Coordinator
Responsible for researching and disseminating event information needed to train the Contact Center Representatives for quality call/email handling. Act as lead for Contact Center staff for event knowledge.
Work with Manager to identify trends and create solutions for process improvements and job satisfaction.
Event Program Manager
The Program Manager position oversees the event services group consisting of registration project managers and coordinators.
Exhibitor Services Inside Sales Representative
Responsible for answering incoming Lead Retrieval telephone calls, emails and web-based chats for the Exhibitor Services.
Financial Processing Coordinator
Responsible for various procedures related to the financial aspect of registration for Trade Show Events including financial and non-financial components of registration, preparing forms for the Data Entry Department, resolving problem registrations, auditing when needed, working with the Clients, and balancing daily and weekly reports.
The Network Administrator plays a key role in maintaining a complex, hybrid network and computing infrastructure including both virtual machines, physical servers, and mobile devices.
Onsite Event Services Manager
Serves as the project lead and key client contact for all onsite services. Coordinate pre-show documentation and logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis. Manage the CDS onsite registration and lead retrieval team for the event.
Assist Production Manager and Production Coordinator with day-to-day department duties. Assist with daily production activities including actual mailings, pre-preparation for events, and assisting the Coordinator with specific assignments and quality control.
The Registration Manager works with clients to identify and document business requirements for registration websites. Function as primary contact and resource for client-related product features, enhancements and new development issues. Manage small to large projects and software implementations in a client-facing role. Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule. Develop and maintain those schedules to effectively allocate resources.
Performs administrative and office support activities for Event Services. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, organizing meetings, monitoring project timelines, word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software, organizational and communication skills required.
The Information Services Web Developer serves as the primary technical point of contact for all client events they are assigned.
In addition to completing a major portion of the technical tasks for the event, the Web Developer serves as the technical team leader and assists in the priority management of technology.
