Use the dashboard to prepare your team for their conversations while selling booth space. The two tabs that hold the best sales information are the Hall Summary and Demographic & Registration Summary.
The key to getting the information from the dashboard is to use the filters on the right-hand side of the interface to select specific companies. Sometimes company names change slightly year-over-year so be sure to select all the possible variations.
The Hall & Exhibitor Summary
When filtered down to a single company, this dashboard view shows how many attendees were scanned in the booth by day and cumulatively. Without the company filter, the total volume of scans throughout the hall and by aisle clearly show activity in each area of the exhibit.
Demographic & Registration Summary
This dashboard view whether filtered to a single company or looking at all exhibitors has a wealth of information about attendee quality in the exhibit hall. In addition to looking at activity by registration class, quickly click through demographics like industry purchasing role and annual budget to see exactly what types of leads were scanned in each booth.
