Move attendees through registration with ease.
As live events return, organizers desire touchless technology to ensure a safe experience for all attendees and exhibitors. DigiBadge is used during the onsite check-in process as an alternative to traditional print badges. DigiBadge is managed directly from a registrant’s personal mobile device, allowing show organizers to provide a completely touchless and highly efficient experience.
CDS developed this considerably cost-effective solution to support the health and safety of all event-goers. A link to downoad DigiBadge can be sent to registrants via text or email prior to the event. DigiBadge is then added to Apple Wallet or Google Pay in an attendees or exhibitors personal mobile device. DigiBadge can be used for session/hall access control, lead retrieval and digital backpack. Various background colors can be used to differentiate an attendee’s registration status, allowing for a quick visual to approve hall access.
Branding and sponsorship opportunities are key with DigiBadge. A show logo or corporate/association logo can be added as well as a sponsor logo to drive additional revenue. DigiBadge also allows for an icon to link out to download your show’s app on both the front and back of the badge.
When an attendee upgrades their registration, they can easily refresh DigiBadge. There is no need to visit an onsite registration area. The registration footprint can be dramatically reduced in both square footage and equipment, making DigiBadge a cost-effective option. Options that incorporate both DigiBadge with traditonal print badges are also available.
Mobile Badge Print
Attendees can print their badge directly from their personal mobile device. Touchless print stations can be setup in hotels, airports, and throughout the show venue.
Online Onsite Registration
This solution allows show managers to rework their registration footprint, removing counters for new registrations to ensure the safety of registrants while cutting equipment costs. Attendees can scan a QR code using their own mobile device displayed on signage and register via the live registration page.
We have developed an easy to use tool to help show managers know how crowded an area is. CDS’ crowd density tracker will allow our onsite team to configure multiple locations to track space density.
Exhibitors can use the CDS Connect App on their personal mobile device, eliminating the sharing of devices and removing contact at an equipment pick-up area. Exhibitors can also take advantage of the self-scan feature, allowing attendees to scan their own badge and maintain social distancing.
The perfect complement to Lead Retrieval. The Digital Backpack is a self-serve content distribution and lead collection device for exhibitors that distributes requested information to attendees.
