We transitioned to CDS in December of 2008. We went to our show committee with three vendors. They picked CDS to do our Registration and Lead Retrieval. It was huge. We had our old company for 27 years. So it was a lot of fear, a lot of worry about how we were going to transition, were they going to meet our expectations, and I can honestly say they surpassed them.

Any issues, customer service we needed, they’ve been on it immediately. They made the transition very very comfortable. If we had something our old company did and they didn’t do it, they either made it happen or figured out a way to make it happen and make it work better. So, all in all, it has been an exceptional experience and we’re very very pleased.

As soon as we come to CDS with anything it was definitely, “ok well let’s look into how to fix it, lets get the programmer involved, we can have a conference call.” It’s immediate. There’s no, “let’s wait a couple days, let me see what I can do, I’m sorry other shows don’t do that, we don’t do this.” It was definitely, “ok, well let’s get the programmer involved, let’s talk today, let’s figure it out, let’s make it work.” And it always does. In the end, it always works.

So far it’s been a great experience. I will happily say we got much more than we were used to. And we got much more than we expected as well. We actually went out to bid for lead retrieval and technology and that’s how it all started. We just got the fabulous registration team and all that great technology as a bonus. All in all, it’s been a great experience.
