Sue Partridge

Sue is a seasoned senior leader with over 25 years of HR business partnership experience. She has guided organizations through employee relations, retention, recruiting, staffing, training, employment law and HCM. Sue has worked in the banking, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. She’s been with CDS for 15 years providing HR expertise in all areas strategic and workforce planning.

What was your best vacation and why?

Aruba. For the weather, the sun, and the sand.

What do you like best about your job?

That no day is the same! And that I have the privilege of working with the most amazing team at CDS. We have the best employees.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg. RBG changed the world with her advocacy for women’s rights and gender equality.
