Our Invite-a-Customer program is a win/win opportunity for both show management and exhibitors. Exhibitors send personalized email invitations to their prospects and customers directly from the CDS Exhibitor Resource Center that can be accessed during registration. Receiving a personalized invitation to register from a familiar source is an effective call-to-action. Show management can track the program’s success in the XPress Reports system. The VIP Invitation version of Invite-a-Customer adds specific promotional offers and enhanced tracking for show managers and exhibitors.
With VIP Invitations, exhibitors are given a unique promotional code to distribute to top prospects and customers for use when registering online. Special offers such as discounted attendance rates can be matched to the promotional code. The code can be distributed from the email invitation program or sent out by exhibitors in promotional campaigns.
Regardless of what campaign attracts a new attendee, the information is reported back to the exhibitor and show management. Exhibitors can view and export a list of their invitees who have registered and show management can monitor progress through our XPress Reports portal.
